A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Kevin Roberts and I'm a Life Coach, Development Expert, and Growth Geek whose joy comes from helping people become their best selves.
With over 20 years of coaching and development experience, I discovered early that my purpose is to support others. I feel deeply that I'm on this planet to help people take control of their lives, inspire people to achieve their goals, and motivate people to be exactly who they want to be.
I have always let this purpose guide my life and in doing so have cultivated a skill set that allows me to offer the impactful support that I do today. Whether through coaching sessions, training courses, podcasts, or public speaking, I live for those moments when the clouds pass, and people begin to forge their own paths in this world.
I'm incredibly enthusiastic about the support Grow Your Own Way offers. I’m excited to see who I'll work with next and share in their ‘lightbulb moments.’
My background
As soon as I discovered my purpose, I made the decision to work within people centric teams and develop the skills that would allow me to support others.
As a ‘Growth Geek’ I always strive to learn new things and continuously improve my skills, meaning I now have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.
The natural fit for someone with my passion for growth was Learning & Development which is where I spent the majority of my career. Not only did this allow me to be in my element, but it also provided me with the knowledge and expertise to support the growth of individuals, teams, and business areas.

The inspiration for Grow Your Own Way
Over the years I have seen books, blogs, posts, and articles all claiming they knew the best way to grow. It was almost as though everyone had this little secret to success and the only way we could benefit is if we all conformed and acted in the same way. This never sat right with me.
I’ve met, befriended, and worked with vastly different people throughout my life, and I just kept thinking ‘Surely there is no one right way to grow? People should be free to grow their own way.’ Cue the lightning bolt of inspiration!
I started a podcast in 2020, initially to get myself and others through lockdowns the world was experiencing at the time, but the more I shared the more it seemed that people felt the same way and connected with my messages.
From that moment it just felt right to bring all of my experience and passion together, and thus Grow Your Own Way was formed into the community that is in front of you today.
